Keys for Syrian Kids
A piano concert series that raised over $200,000 for Syrian refugee children through UNICEF USA. Founded by Omar and Ziad Fehmi.
2020
Students for Yemen
A social media fundraising and awareness campaign that mobilized 44 student organizations, produced 440 educational posts, and raised over $20,000 for children affected by the Yemen crisis through UNICEF USA.

COVID-19 Town Hall Series
Five webinars with international experts covering COVID-19 topics from physician perspectives to mental health. Averaged 200 registrants from 19 states and 16 countries.

Cycle for Obesity
Free cycling classes in Michigan, Georgia, and Texas connected to the NAAMA NextGen Obesity Research project, promoting healthy behaviors in Arab American communities.

Soccer for Syria
A summer soccer tournament bringing together 150+ students to fundraise for Syrian refugee children through UNICEF.

SPAAC
NextGen member participation in the American University of Beirut’s SPAAC program, offering students the opportunity to experience Lebanon’s history and culture.
